Sean started his career at Dow Chemicals before running a professional services firm that focused on organizational development consulting and executive search for 14 years. His expertise includes real estate platforms, electricity infrastructure development, and financing. Previously, Sean was the global President for both Entrepreneurs' Organization (EO) and YPO (once known as the Young Presidents’ Organization). He is now Chairman of two professional membership organizations, LUMINI and Collective 54.
